She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from Webster University. Despite initial challenges in finding a job in her desired field, Tiandra's resilience led her to venture out on her own, leveraging her expertise in public relations to secure freelance work in the entertainment industry.
Tiandra's entrepreneurial journey saw her rebrand from T. Marie Management to T. Marie Consulting, expanding her services to include marketing, branding, and public relations for a diverse range of clients. Her passion for fashion also found its way into her work, adding another dimension to her unique brand.
Community service is a significant part of Tiandra's work. She has volunteered with various nonprofit groups and events, serving as a public relations specialist. Her involvement in significant events such as The American Red Cross's 'Wrapped In Red Gala', The Louisville Leopards Annual Fundraising Concert, and Louisville's Derby City Fashion Week showcases her dedication to making a positive impact in her community.
Currently, Tiandra's focus is on supporting small, women-owned, and black-owned businesses. She has successfully launched marketing concepts like 502 Black Business Week and 502 Black Eats Week, which have garnered significant media exposure for the participating businesses. In recognition of her efforts, she has received two city proclamations for her events supporting children.
